You are worth more than you think.
You are a great big sister and daughter.
You can do the things people said you could never do.
Don’t date assholes.
Keep your virginity for the right person.
Take your makeup off before bed.
Despite what you thought then, your dad did love you.
Alcohol is destructive, even when you think your drinking is under control.
You don’t need alcohol to make people like you more.
Love your body. You are not fat.
Love your pale skin, it’s nothing to be ashamed of.
You’re funny without alcohol.
You are clever, even if you don’t feel it.
No matter what, you’ll find strength to get through a LOT.
